About Solitaire: Klondike
Solitaire: Klondike is a classic card puzzle built around organizing a mixed layout into a clean, finished arrangement. It is also known as Patience, and its familiar rules make each deal easy to understand while still requiring thoughtful choices.
The central challenge is deciding which cards to uncover, where to place descending sequences, and when to send cards to the foundations. You can choose a gentler draw setting or make card access more demanding, giving the same simple format two different rhythms.
How to Play Solitaire: Klondike
Move cards between columns to create descending runs, keeping red and black suits alternating.
Send Aces and then matching suits to the foundation piles, building each one upward until it reaches the King.
Use the stock by taking either one card at a time or three cards at once, depending on your chosen setting.
Tap or drag cards to select and reposition them within the layout.
Tips & Tricks
- 1Expose hidden cards when a move can open space or reveal a useful option in a column.
- 2Before committing a card to a foundation, check whether it is still needed to build a column sequence.
- 3Choose the single-card draw when you want more accessible choices, and use the three-card draw when you want a tighter puzzle.
