About Tanks for the Nation

Tanks for the Nation is a 2D arcade battle game set during the World War II era. You command armored vehicles across four battlefields, choosing among light, medium, and heavy tanks or tank destroyers with different protection, speed, firing rates, and penetration.

Its combat model gives positioning real importance. Shells can ricochet, exposed rear armor is especially vulnerable, and destroyed vehicles can obstruct a firing line. Coins, new tank models, and garage upgrades add a longer-term reason to think about which machine suits the next battle.

How to Play Tanks for the Nation

Use W, A, S, D or the arrow keys to drive the tank on a computer.

On mobile, move with the on-screen joystick and activate the separate firing control when you want to attack.

Position the aiming direction, then press the firing control to launch a shell at an opposing vehicle.

Pinch with two fingers on a mobile device to zoom the view in or out during combat.

Tips & Tricks

1Try to reach an opponent's rear when possible, since the source identifies that area as the weakest armor position.
2Consider each vehicle class before a battle: speed, protection, firing rate, and penetration differ between models.
