PegSolitaire turns a classic jump-checkers idea into a compact logic puzzle. Pieces are placed on a board with open spaces, and each move asks you to read their positions carefully before committing to a jump.

A successful jump carries one piece over another and removes the jumped piece, gradually changing the board. The fun comes from choosing moves that leave useful spaces for later jumps rather than making an attractive move that blocks the rest of the puzzle.
