About Oib.io
Oib.io is a multiplayer strategy game about directing a small jelly-like army across a shared map. Your goal is to protect your queen while choosing between careful defense and a well-timed attack against another army.
The fun comes from managing groups rather than controlling one fighter at a time. You can gather units, combine them, support allies, or stay independent and try to control the battlefield through positioning and smart decisions.
How to Play Oib.io
Use the left mouse button to select one unit, or drag with it to mark several units together.
Hold Ctrl while clicking to add or remove individual units from your selection. Press Space to select every unit.
Right-click to move selected units, and use WASD or the arrow keys to move the camera around the map.
Press 1 to spawn oibs, then use 2 to combine selected oibs when the situation calls for a larger group.
Tips & Tricks
- 1Keep your queen protected while sending groups forward, since attacking without a defensive plan can leave your base exposed.
- 2Combine selected oibs when a stronger group is more useful than several small ones, especially before confronting an enemy army.
- 3Watch nearby allies and opponents before committing your whole force, because cooperation or independence can both shape your strategy.
