About COUNTERFLOW
COUNTERFLOW is a lane-switching driving game where survival depends on moving away from oncoming cars. The clean presentation keeps attention on the road, while rising speed makes every lane decision more urgent.
A run is about lasting as long as possible and setting a better record. You can change lanes with either arrow keys or A and D on desktop, and the mobile layout uses the left and right sides of the screen for the same action. Pausing is also available during play.
How to Play COUNTERFLOW
Press the Left or Right Arrow to move between lanes on desktop.
Use A and D as an alternative desktop control for changing lanes.
On mobile, tap the left or right side of the screen to switch lanes.
Avoid oncoming cars for as long as possible to improve your record.
Press Space on desktop, or tap the top area on mobile, to pause or resume.
Tips & Tricks
- 1Choose a clear lane before an approaching car reaches your position, rather than switching at the last moment.
- 2Since the speed increases, make lane changes deliberate and keep checking where traffic is coming from.
- 3Use pause when you need to stop the action, then resume only after deciding which lane is safest.
