Traffic puzzle game Linky is a city connection puzzle built around numbered cities. Each number tells you how many roads must leave that city and connect it with other cities, so the board turns road building into a precise logic problem.
The goal is not simply to draw a road network that looks complete. Every city needs exactly the required number of connections, which means adding too many roads is just as incorrect as leaving a city underconnected.

Connect the cities by drawing roads between them.
Use the number shown at each city as its required road count.
Make sure every city has the correct number of roads leaving it.
Check the whole board so no city has more or fewer connections than its number.
