Space.io places you in a fractured future where rival factions send AI-controlled ships into The Void. You take the role of a lone pilot directing a ship through a digital space battlefield.

The central goal is to destroy enemy ships, claim stars, and grow your fleet until it becomes the largest in the arena. Its appeal comes from combining direct mouse movement with quick firing decisions as the surrounding conflict develops.

Move the mouse to set your ship's flight path; the ship follows your cursor.

Use the left mouse button or Spacebar to fire the primary weapon.

Fly through deep space, attack opposing ships, and work toward becoming the largest fleet.

Watch the arena while moving, because every destroyed ship and claimed star affects your progress.
