About python.io
Python.io puts you in control of a growing snake-like python competing with other pythons in an open 2D arena. Your aim is to survive encounters, become longer, and turn the remains of defeated opponents into food.
The unusual twist is that size does not decide every battle. A small python can move sharply across the path of a much larger rival and make that opponent collide with it. The game combines careful steering, risky attacks, and quick decisions in a simple one-player .io setting.
How to Play python.io
On a computer, use the mouse to guide the python in the direction you want it to travel.
On a touchscreen, press and hold while directing the python with your touch.
Avoid letting your head hit another python, because that collision ends your game.
Make opponents run into your body instead, then eat their remains to grow longer.
Tips & Tricks
- 1Use your smaller size to make sudden crossings in front of larger opponents when an opening appears.
- 2Do not aim your head at another python; arrange your movement so the rival reaches you first.
- 3After an opponent explodes, move toward the remains and collect them before leaving the area.
