Princess Beauty Surgery

Princess Beauty Surgery follows Elsa as she prepares to join a beauty pageant after learning that Anna will participate. She decides to change several parts of her appearance, and the game asks you to help with the surgery process before the rest of her makeover.

Once that stage is complete, makeup and dress-up provide additional ways to prepare Elsa for the contest. The game combines a cartoon doctor activity with princess styling, so its main progression moves from appearance changes to a finished pageant look.

Use the mouse or tap the screen to select and complete the available actions.
