About Paper.IO 2
Paper.IO 2 is an arcade territory game where each player starts with a small island and tries to expand it. You leave your own area to draw new territory, but that movement makes you vulnerable to opponents.
The tension comes from balancing growth with protection. Your home turf is safe, while the exposed trail behind you can become a target, so every expansion attempt is also a chance for another player to counterattack.
How to Play Paper.IO 2
Control movement with the mouse and keyboard, using WASD or the cursor keys.
Leave your island to create a path toward new territory.
Return to your own turf to add the enclosed area to your territory.
Watch for opponents while your trail is outside the safety of your island.
Tips & Tricks
- 1Plan shorter expansion trips when opponents are nearby so your exposed trail is easier to protect.
- 2Check the direction of enemy movement before crossing open space outside your territory.
- 3Do not focus only on taking land; returning safely to your own island is what secures the new area.
