About Mad Hatter Rush

Mad Hatter Rush is a fast cartoon runner set in a surreal Wonderland. You guide the Mad Hatter through stages while he searches for a way out, jumping over obstacles, avoiding danger, and collecting items along the route. The changing, unpredictable setting gives the run an adventurous fantasy feel.

Movement works through familiar keyboard, mouse, or mobile controls, so the same running challenge can be played in several ways. Each stage asks you to survive its hazards and keep the character moving, with jumping and steering forming the core of the action.

How to Play Mad Hatter Rush

On desktop, use the Arrow Keys or A and D to move sideways.

Press W or Space, or click the mouse, to jump over obstacles.
