Freaky Monster Rush puts you in control of a creature escaping evil scientists and moving along a dangerous path toward revenge. The running route mixes collectible elixirs, barriers, guards, colored doors, lava, and deadly traps, so each movement choice affects your monster's progress.

Colored doors change your limbs and help complete the creature's transformation. Along the way, you can smash through certain walls, deal with guards, gather every monster piece, and keep your health points supplied with elixirs. Reaching the final stage leads to a doctors' vote, though an unexpected boss may still stand between you and freedom.
