About Escape the lava

Escape the Lava turns you into a rolling ball whose main job is collecting coins while avoiding obstacles on a randomly generated map. The race continues as you steer through changing paths and try to build a strong score.

Power-ups scattered around the map can alter your run. Faster movement helps the ball travel more quickly, double points increases scoring, and the magnet pulls coins from farther away. A store also offers different ball skins, including colored, glowing, matte, and glass designs.

How to Play Escape the lava

Use W, A, S, and D to move the ball around the map.

Collect coins by making contact with them.

Steer around obstacles rather than allowing the ball to collide with them.

Pick up scattered power-ups to gain faster movement, double points, or a coin-attracting magnet.

Visit the store when you want to choose from the available ball appearances.

Tips & Tricks

1Guide the ball toward coins when the route is clear, but do not trade a safe path for a difficult pickup.
2A magnet is especially useful when coins sit just beyond your normal path, so collect it before passing nearby groups.
3Use the movement boost on open ground and steer carefully afterward so extra speed does not carry you into an obstacle.
