About Bug Crunch
A picnic blanket is covered in crawling insects, and you stomp them with a shoe. Drag to steer your foot around the cloth, tap for a quick stomp, or hold for a heavier slam. Squishing insects quickly fills the Splat Chain and raises its multiplier.
The arcade reward escalates: as the chain builds, the music gets faster, and filling the Juice vial releases SPLAT FEVER, ten seconds of a golden boot that flattens anything beneath it. Across 40 levels and 4 worlds you face 10 bugs and 4 bosses, with 6 shoes to unlock.
How to Play Bug Crunch
Drag to move your foot across the blanket.
Tap to stomp quickly, or press and hold to charge a heavy slam.
Chain fast squashes to build the Splat Chain multiplier.
Fill the Juice vial to trigger SPLAT FEVER and its giant golden boot.

- 1Keep stomping between targets to stop the Splat Chain from dropping.
- 2Save the charged slam for tight clusters rather than chasing one small bug.
- 3Enter boss fights with the meter near full so SPLAT FEVER is ready when you need it.
