Ball Pass 3D combines ball physics with a three-dimensional basketball simulation. The central challenge is moving the ball through a team by making useful passes and eventually creating a shot at the goal. Because the aim is to succeed with as few shots as possible, each pass matters and careless movement can spoil an otherwise promising play.

The game presents basketball action through 3D animated game art, while its puzzle element asks you to consider the route before sending the ball onward. Rather than simply throwing repeatedly, you are managing possession and trying to turn a limited sequence of passes into a clean scoring attempt.
