456 Impostor follows astronaut 456 as he tries to survive in space while facing men in red suits. The main attack is physical rather than weapon-based: jump onto the red-suited enemies and crush them. Reaching the final level is the larger goal, so every encounter rewards well-timed movement.
The game uses a compact arcade setup with platform action and a clear enemy target. After every 10 levels, an endless run appears with more red-suited opponents to defeat, giving you another test once the regular progression reaches that point.
